Best-Selling Vehicle in 2010

According to Cars.com, the best-selling vehicle in 2010 was Ford F-Series, including F-150 pickup, F-250 truck, F-350 and F-450 heavy duty truck.


There were 528,349 Ford pickup and trucks sold last year in 2010.
